Logistics Coordinator - delivery tracking (Salt Lake City, UT)

Harborlight Fern Telecom Group provides broadband and phone service around Salt Lake City. We are hiring a Logistics Coordinator to take on delivery tracking. We keep people connected and take outages personally. What you will do • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Report on on-time performance for customer tickets. What we are looking for • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • Strong phone and email manner. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with customer tickets. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Salt Lake City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
