Logistics Coordinator - delivery tracking (Salt Lake City, UT)

Redstone Yarrow Telecom is looking for a Logistics Coordinator. The job centres on delivery tracking for field visits, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 40 people based in Salt Lake City. What you will do • Report on on-time performance for field visits. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. What we are looking for • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Strong phone and email manner. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with field visits. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Salt Lake City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
