Logistics Coordinator - delivery tracking (Salt Lake City, UT)

Fernwood Birch Environmental Services is looking for a Logistics Coordinator. The job centres on delivery tracking for weigh tickets, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Report on on-time performance for weigh tickets. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. What we are looking for • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Strong phone and email manner. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. Nice to have • Experience with weigh tickets. • Knowledge of freight terms.
