Logistics Coordinator - delivery tracking (Sacramento, CA)

Greenridge Sable Press prints books, catalogues and packaging from its Sacramento plant, and we need a Logistics Coordinator to lead our delivery tracking. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Report on on-time performance for proofing. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. What we are looking for • Strong phone and email manner. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. Nice to have • Experience with proofing. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Sacramento. • We reply to every applicant.
