Logistics Coordinator - delivery tracking (Reno, NV)

Summit Quarry Telecom Partners is looking for a Logistics Coordinator. The job centres on delivery tracking for field visits, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Report on on-time performance for field visits. What we are looking for • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Strong phone and email manner. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with field visits. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Reno, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
