Logistics Coordinator - delivery tracking (Reno, NV)

Northwind Sable Auto Group operates automotive service and parts businesses around Reno. We are hiring a Logistics Coordinator to take on delivery tracking. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Reno. What you will do • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Report on on-time performance for warranty claims. What we are looking for • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Strong phone and email manner. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with warranty claims. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Reno. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
