Logistics Coordinator - delivery tracking (Reno, NV)

We are growing our team at Summit Cobalt Construction Associates and adding a Logistics Coordinator whose main responsibility will be delivery tracking. Site safety is non-negotiable. What you will do • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Report on on-time performance for permits. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. What we are looking for • Strong phone and email manner. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. Nice to have • Experience with permits. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Reno. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
