Logistics Coordinator - delivery tracking (Reno, NV)

We are growing our team at Lumen Keystone Inspection Services and adding a Logistics Coordinator whose main responsibility will be delivery tracking. Independence and accuracy are our product. What you will do • Report on on-time performance for certifications. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. What we are looking for • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • Strong phone and email manner. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. Nice to have • Experience with certifications. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Reno. • We reply to every applicant.
