Logistics Coordinator - delivery tracking (Reno, NV)

Amberfield Quarry Inspection Services tests and certifies buildings, pipelines and equipment around Reno, and we need a Logistics Coordinator to lead our delivery tracking. Technicians travel and report carefully. What you will do • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Report on on-time performance for test reports. What we are looking for • Strong phone and email manner. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. Nice to have • Experience with test reports. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Reno. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
