Logistics Coordinator - delivery tracking (Reno, NV)

We are growing our team at Amberfield Ivory Inspection Services and adding a Logistics Coordinator whose main responsibility will be delivery tracking. You would join a small organisation of about 191 people based in Reno. What you will do • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Report on on-time performance for equipment calibration. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. What we are looking for • Strong phone and email manner. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with equipment calibration. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Reno. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
