Logistics Coordinator - delivery tracking (Reno, NV)

Cedar Sable Markets operates grocery and general-merchandise stores around Reno, and we need a Logistics Coordinator to lead our delivery tracking. We are friendly and busy, especially on weekends. What you will do • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Report on on-time performance for supplier deliveries. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. What we are looking for • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • Strong phone and email manner. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with supplier deliveries. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Reno. • We reply to every applicant.
