Logistics Coordinator - delivery tracking (remote)

Amberfield Ember Manufacturing is a Miami manufacturer supplying regional industrial customers. We are hiring a Logistics Coordinator to take on delivery tracking. We value people who work safely and speak up. What you will do • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Report on on-time performance for scrap and rework. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. What we are looking for • Strong phone and email manner. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with scrap and rework. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Miami. • We reply to every applicant.
