Logistics Coordinator - delivery tracking (remote)

Summit Fern Environmental Services is looking for a Logistics Coordinator. The job centres on delivery tracking for fleet maintenance, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 84 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Report on on-time performance for fleet maintenance. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. What we are looking for • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Strong phone and email manner. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with fleet maintenance.
