Logistics Coordinator - delivery tracking (remote)

Bright Drift Foods makes sauces, snacks and prepared meals in Las Vegas, and we need a Logistics Coordinator to lead our delivery tracking. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Report on on-time performance for ingredient orders. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. What we are looking for • Strong phone and email manner. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with ingredient orders. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Las Vegas. • We reply to every applicant.
