Logistics Coordinator - delivery tracking (remote)

We are growing our team at Amberfield Oak Foods Group and adding a Logistics Coordinator whose main responsibility will be delivery tracking. You would join a small organisation of about 103 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Report on on-time performance for ingredient orders. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. What we are looking for • Strong phone and email manner. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with ingredient orders. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Wichita. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
