Logistics Coordinator - delivery tracking (remote)

Silverline Ridge Auto Group operates automotive service and parts businesses around Memphis. We are hiring a Logistics Coordinator to take on delivery tracking. Customers come back because we explain what they need and what they do not. What you will do • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Report on on-time performance for customer estimates. What we are looking for • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Strong phone and email manner. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. Nice to have • Experience with customer estimates. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Memphis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
