Logistics Coordinator - delivery tracking (remote)

We are growing our team at Highbridge Rook Construction and adding a Logistics Coordinator whose main responsibility will be delivery tracking. You would join a small organisation of about 151 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Report on on-time performance for subcontractor invoices. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. What we are looking for • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • Strong phone and email manner. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with subcontractor invoices. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Spokane. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
