Logistics Coordinator - delivery tracking (remote)

Northwind Granite Markets serves neighbourhoods around Phoenix with fresh food and everyday goods, and we need a Logistics Coordinator to lead our delivery tracking. You would join a small organisation of about 43 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Report on on-time performance for promotions. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. What we are looking for • Strong phone and email manner. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with promotions. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Phoenix. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
