Logistics Coordinator - delivery tracking (remote)

Highbridge Stone Freight Group is a Phoenix logistics company with trucks, warehouses and dispatch. We are hiring a Logistics Coordinator to take on delivery tracking. On-time is the promise and we work hard to keep it. What you will do • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Report on on-time performance for claims. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. What we are looking for • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • Strong phone and email manner. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. Nice to have • Experience with claims. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Phoenix. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
