Logistics Coordinator - delivery tracking (remote)

Fernwood Yarrow Telecom is a telecommunications provider in El Paso focused on reliable home and business connections, and we need a Logistics Coordinator to lead our delivery tracking. You would join a small organisation of about 22 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Report on on-time performance for customer tickets. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. What we are looking for • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Strong phone and email manner. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with customer tickets. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in El Paso. • We reply to every applicant.
