Logistics Coordinator - delivery tracking (remote)

Silverline Cedar Inspection Services tests and certifies buildings, pipelines and equipment around Wichita, and we need a Logistics Coordinator to lead our delivery tracking. You would join a large organisation of about 306 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Report on on-time performance for scheduling. What we are looking for • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Strong phone and email manner. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with scheduling. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Wichita. • We reply to every applicant.
