Logistics Coordinator - delivery tracking (remote)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Lantern Auto Group and adding a Logistics Coordinator whose main responsibility will be delivery tracking. You would join a large organisation of about 458 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Report on on-time performance for vehicle inspections. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. What we are looking for • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • Strong phone and email manner. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. Nice to have • Experience with vehicle inspections. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Miami. • We reply to every applicant.
