Logistics Coordinator - delivery tracking (remote)

We are growing our team at Foxglove Cedar Foods and adding a Logistics Coordinator whose main responsibility will be delivery tracking. Shifts are steady and overtime is planned. What you will do • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Report on on-time performance for cold storage. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. What we are looking for • Strong phone and email manner. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. Nice to have • Experience with cold storage. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Cincinnati. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
