Logistics Coordinator - delivery tracking (remote)

Redstone Rowan Inspection Services is looking for a Logistics Coordinator. The job centres on delivery tracking for client sites, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Technicians travel and report carefully. What you will do • Report on on-time performance for client sites. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. What we are looking for • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Strong phone and email manner. Nice to have • Experience with client sites. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Oakland. • We reply to every applicant.
