Logistics Coordinator - delivery tracking (remote)

Bluepeak Umber Foods Partners is looking for a Logistics Coordinator. The job centres on delivery tracking for production batches, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 46 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Report on on-time performance for production batches. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. What we are looking for • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Strong phone and email manner. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with production batches. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Columbus. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
