Logistics Coordinator - delivery tracking (remote)

Clearpath Keystone Environmental Services Associates is looking for a Logistics Coordinator. The job centres on delivery tracking for collection routes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Report on on-time performance for collection routes. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. What we are looking for • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Strong phone and email manner. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. Nice to have • Experience with collection routes. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Little Rock. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
