Logistics Coordinator - delivery tracking (remote)

Stonegate Harbor Freight is a Dallas logistics company with trucks, warehouses and dispatch, and we need a Logistics Coordinator to lead our delivery tracking. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Report on on-time performance for dock schedules. What we are looking for • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • Strong phone and email manner. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with dock schedules. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Dallas. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
