Logistics Coordinator - delivery tracking (remote)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Rook Markets and adding a Logistics Coordinator whose main responsibility will be delivery tracking. Managers started on the floor. What you will do • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Report on on-time performance for store inventory. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. What we are looking for • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Strong phone and email manner. Nice to have • Experience with store inventory. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Charlotte. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
