Logistics Coordinator - delivery tracking (remote)

Rivermark Sparrow Environmental Services Partners is looking for a Logistics Coordinator. The job centres on delivery tracking for recycling loads, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Safety briefings happen every morning. What you will do • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Report on on-time performance for recycling loads. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. What we are looking for • Strong phone and email manner. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with recycling loads. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Minneapolis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
