Logistics Coordinator - delivery tracking (remote)

Highbridge Oak Freight is a Birmingham logistics company with trucks, warehouses and dispatch, and we need a Logistics Coordinator to lead our delivery tracking. You would join a small organisation of about 19 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Report on on-time performance for loads and lanes. What we are looking for • Strong phone and email manner. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with loads and lanes. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Birmingham. • We reply to every applicant.
