Logistics Coordinator - delivery tracking (remote)

Cedar Granite Manufacturing is looking for a Logistics Coordinator. The job centres on delivery tracking for tooling, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Shifts are steady and overtime is planned. What you will do • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Report on on-time performance for tooling. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. What we are looking for • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Strong phone and email manner. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. Nice to have • Experience with tooling. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Chicago. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
