Logistics Coordinator - delivery tracking (remote)

Greenridge Junction Manufacturing Group is looking for a Logistics Coordinator. The job centres on delivery tracking for machine downtime, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 464 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Report on on-time performance for machine downtime. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. What we are looking for • Strong phone and email manner. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. Nice to have • Experience with machine downtime. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Richmond. • We reply to every applicant.
