Logistics Coordinator - delivery tracking (remote)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Corner Construction and adding a Logistics Coordinator whose main responsibility will be delivery tracking. Site safety is non-negotiable. What you will do • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Report on on-time performance for materials orders. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. What we are looking for • Strong phone and email manner. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. Nice to have • Experience with materials orders. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Rochester. • We reply to every applicant.
