Logistics Coordinator - delivery tracking (remote)

Nova Oak Foods Group is a Miami food manufacturer supplying grocers and food-service customers, and we need a Logistics Coordinator to lead our delivery tracking. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Report on on-time performance for allergen controls. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. What we are looking for • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • Strong phone and email manner. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with allergen controls. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Miami. • We reply to every applicant.
