Logistics Coordinator - delivery tracking (remote)

Silverline River Markets Group serves neighbourhoods around San Antonio with fresh food and everyday goods. We are hiring a Logistics Coordinator to take on delivery tracking. Managers started on the floor. What you will do • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Report on on-time performance for shrink and waste. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. What we are looking for • Strong phone and email manner. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. Nice to have • Experience with shrink and waste. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in San Antonio. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
