Logistics Coordinator - delivery tracking (remote)

Bright Harbor Telecom is a telecommunications provider in Toledo focused on reliable home and business connections. We are hiring a Logistics Coordinator to take on delivery tracking. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Report on on-time performance for billing accounts. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. What we are looking for • Strong phone and email manner. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with billing accounts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Toledo. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
