Logistics Coordinator - delivery tracking (remote)

Bright Loom Manufacturing manufactures parts and assemblies at its Louisville plant. We are hiring a Logistics Coordinator to take on delivery tracking. Shifts are steady and overtime is planned. What you will do • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Report on on-time performance for production lines. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. What we are looking for • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Strong phone and email manner. Nice to have • Experience with production lines. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Louisville. • We reply to every applicant.
