Logistics Coordinator - delivery tracking (remote)

Westbrook Mill Environmental Services Group serves homes and businesses with collection and disposal in Charlotte. We are hiring a Logistics Coordinator to take on delivery tracking. Safety briefings happen every morning. What you will do • Report on on-time performance for fleet maintenance. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. What we are looking for • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • Strong phone and email manner. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with fleet maintenance. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Charlotte. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
