Logistics Coordinator - delivery tracking (remote)

Redstone Fern Inspection Services is an inspection company in Charlotte with field technicians and lab staff, and we need a Logistics Coordinator to lead our delivery tracking. You would join a small organisation of about 40 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Report on on-time performance for scheduling. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. What we are looking for • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Strong phone and email manner. Nice to have • Experience with scheduling. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Charlotte. • We reply to every applicant.
