Logistics Coordinator - delivery tracking (remote)

Clearpath Granite Markets Group serves neighbourhoods around Omaha with fresh food and everyday goods. We are hiring a Logistics Coordinator to take on delivery tracking. We like people who know our customers by name. What you will do • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Report on on-time performance for store inventory. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. What we are looking for • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Strong phone and email manner. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. Nice to have • Experience with store inventory. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Omaha. • We reply to every applicant.
