Logistics Coordinator - delivery tracking (remote)

Amberfield Glen Inspection Services is an inspection company in Spokane with field technicians and lab staff, and we need a Logistics Coordinator to lead our delivery tracking. Training and certification are paid for. What you will do • Report on on-time performance for certifications. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. What we are looking for • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • Strong phone and email manner. Nice to have • Experience with certifications. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Spokane. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
