Logistics Coordinator - delivery tracking (remote)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Harbor Foods and adding a Logistics Coordinator whose main responsibility will be delivery tracking. You would join a small organisation of about 44 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Report on on-time performance for allergen controls. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. What we are looking for • Strong phone and email manner. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. Nice to have • Experience with allergen controls. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Salt Lake City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
