Logistics Coordinator - delivery tracking (remote)

Rivermark Fox Auto Group operates automotive service and parts businesses around Seattle, and we need a Logistics Coordinator to lead our delivery tracking. You would join a small organisation of about 36 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Report on on-time performance for supplier deliveries. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. What we are looking for • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Strong phone and email manner. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with supplier deliveries. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Seattle. • We reply to every applicant.
