Logistics Coordinator - delivery tracking (remote)

We are growing our team at Bright Drift Inspection Services and adding a Logistics Coordinator whose main responsibility will be delivery tracking. Technicians travel and report carefully. What you will do • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Report on on-time performance for field inspections. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. What we are looking for • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Strong phone and email manner. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with field inspections. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Anchorage. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
