Logistics Coordinator - delivery tracking (remote)

We are growing our team at Summit North Markets and adding a Logistics Coordinator whose main responsibility will be delivery tracking. We are friendly and busy, especially on weekends. What you will do • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Report on on-time performance for pricing. What we are looking for • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • Strong phone and email manner. Nice to have • Experience with pricing. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Spokane. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
