Logistics Coordinator - delivery tracking (remote)

We are growing our team at Westbrook Clear Inspection Services and adding a Logistics Coordinator whose main responsibility will be delivery tracking. Training and certification are paid for. What you will do • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Report on on-time performance for field inspections. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. What we are looking for • Strong phone and email manner. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with field inspections. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in New Orleans. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
