Logistics Coordinator - delivery tracking (remote)

Summit Quill Telecom is looking for a Logistics Coordinator. The job centres on delivery tracking for customer tickets, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We invest in training. What you will do • Report on on-time performance for customer tickets. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. What we are looking for • Strong phone and email manner. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with customer tickets. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Rochester. • We reply to every applicant.
