Logistics Coordinator - delivery tracking (remote)

We are growing our team at Northwind Lantern Auto Group and adding a Logistics Coordinator whose main responsibility will be delivery tracking. Customers come back because we explain what they need and what they do not. What you will do • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Report on on-time performance for vehicle inspections. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. What we are looking for • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • Strong phone and email manner. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with vehicle inspections. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in San Jose. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
