Logistics Coordinator - delivery tracking (remote)

We are growing our team at Foxglove Summit Manufacturing and adding a Logistics Coordinator whose main responsibility will be delivery tracking. You would join a large organisation of about 651 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Report on on-time performance for tooling. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. What we are looking for • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • Strong phone and email manner. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. Nice to have • Experience with tooling. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in San Jose. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
