Logistics Coordinator - delivery tracking (remote)

Rivermark Ridge Construction is looking for a Logistics Coordinator. The job centres on delivery tracking for subcontractor invoices, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Report on on-time performance for subcontractor invoices. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. What we are looking for • Strong phone and email manner. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with subcontractor invoices. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Houston. • We reply to every applicant.
